In the territory of Chernihiv region, the Russians launched more than 22 thousand shells in eleven months of 2025, killing dozens of people.

This was announced by the head of the Chernihiv Oblast Oblast, Vyacheslav Chaus, during a meeting with a delegation from the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Ukraine.
"This is a beautiful region that was unlucky with its northern neighbors. Chernihiv region has become an outpost."
According to him, the border region is suffering the most.
As for the situation in the energy system, it is complicated. The region has experienced two blackouts. But the attacks on the energy sector do not stop.

По території Чернігівської області за одинадцять місяців 2025 року росіяни запустили понад 22 тисячі снарядів, унаслідок чого загинули десятки людей.

Про це повідомив голова Чернігівської ОВА В’ячеслав Чаус під час зустрічі з делегацією офісу Управління ООН з координації гуманітарних справ (OCHA) в Україні.
"Це прекрасний регіон, якому не пощастило з північними сусідами. Чернігівщина стала форпостом".
За його словами, найбільше страждає прикордоння.
Щодо ситуації в енергосистемі - вона складна. Область пережила два блекаути. Але удари по енергетиці не припиняються.

Хоча ми вже звикли, що люди в нас (не на фронті) гинуть кожного дня, де завгодно по всій країні. Гинуть діти, зовсім маленьки діти, підлітки; люди похилого віку, які не можуть спускатись у бомбосховища по п'ять-десять разів або й більше за день. Гинуть водії громадського транспорту, машинисти поїздів, волонтери і продавці, пожежники і рятувальники (це коли москалі б' ють по два рази в одне місце), лікарі і пацієнти у лікарнях, музейні і бібліотечні працівники, просто люди на ринках, у великих і маленьких магазинах, трактористи в полях і собачники на прогулянках.
